Welcome to the Red Dragons

A new guild on the Galahad server, as a part of the game The Dark Age of Camelot. The Red Dragons are a group of players that enjoy playing together, and having a good time in the game.

We also intend to totally dominate the Realm vs Realm play on Galahad, but we're still working up to that!

Both the guild and this page are new and will be improved in the coming weeks.

Our base is out of the Dragon Inn in the northwest corner of Camelot city. You can't miss it, there's a big sign with a Dragon hanging out front. Of course, right now, our members are out hunting and questing most of the time, but as we grow, expect to see more people there just hanging out. It will be a great place to meet other members. (I hope)

I encourage you to look over the site and if you have any questions, please feel free to ask in game.

Frontier Maps Section Added

I pulled these off daoc.catacombs.com. These are very nice maps of the three frontier areas. The zoom-in sections even have grid numbers that match up to /loc numbers.

They don't have a lot of monster details, but it is perfect for printing out and filling in yourselves. Happy hunting!

Members Section Update and RvR post on boards

My apologies for the lack of updates over the last  2 weeks. I was out of town for a while and any free time I got I used to play instead of update the site. I'm sure you all understand. *grin*

Anyway, two major things. First, there are MANY updates to the member roster. Any officer can promote up from dragon to the next higher rank, anyone listed on the member roster.

Second, RvR tactics post. I had some ramblings about how I'd like to organize my group the next time we go out for RvR. Comments and critiques are welcome and encouraged. The topic is on our message board.

Downloads Section Added

Off and on, I've been working on some spreadsheets or found some spreadsheets that will really help those that are doing crafting in Camelot. Also, they are of some use when trying to buy goods from player vendors, so that you know how much they are charging you.

So, I've created a download section on the web site and posted the spreadsheets up there. Please feel free to use them, adapt them, whatever!

Not a lot of News

There has been many new members added to our ranks, we need your information so we can get you posted on our members list! Please send mail or post your Name, Race, Class and Tradeskill on our message board.

NOTE: You will not be promoted above the rank of Dragon until you are listed on our members page!

Good RvR action happening lately. Our Alliance (well, mostly high level HoSS people), went and captured 3 Hiberian forts! Use the /realm command to see the current RvR status.

With regards to Alliance news, I am implementing a policy change. There is a channel for intra-alliance commnication. Previously, this was only turned on for the highest ranking members of our guild.  Its just general anti-spam policy to keep those who can talk on this channel to a minimum. It is used mainly for finding people for groups, or for communicating RvR information. I am going to make the channel 'listenable' to anyone above the entry rank of Dragon. Only those of Elder Dragon or above will be able to speak on it, but now you will be able to respond to any queries on the channel directly with that person. I hope this helps.

Emblem Obtained!

Many thanks to all who contributed to this cause. Dozens of people to list, all of which are on the thread on the message board so I'll let you voice your congratulations there. This was a team effort and we all pulled together to pull it off!
Congratulations Red Dragons!
